van de Leur Joins CMH Team
HICKSVILLE, OH—Timothy van de Leur, MD is joining the Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) team. Dr. van de Leur has practiced at Fort Wayne Orthopedics since 2010. A specialist in total joint replacement and reconstructive procedures, Dr. van de Leur focuses on the treatment of hips and knees. He was the first surgeon in the area to perform the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing procedure, a proven alternative to total hip and replacement surgery.
Dr. van de Leur attended medical school and residency at the University of Alberta (Canada). Dr. van de Leur completed a fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University / Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
