Thank You CMH Heros - Send a Special Message

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear scrubs. Send a special thank you to our CMH Healthcare Heroes to show your support during these frightening times!

We still have a lot of community members asking how they can help during this busy time. One way is to lift up our CMH HEROES by writing a personal thank you note. We encourage you to share your gratitude within those who are making a difference in the fight against COVID-19. Whether you’re CMH staff, a patient, a friend or family, your words of thanks can encourage and inspire. If you would be interested in sending a special thank you to our CMH Heroes to express your appreciation and gratitude, below is how.

 

1. Print out the attached PDF.
2. Write your inspiring message on the attached PDF.
3. Take a photo of yourself or family member with the special message
4. Post your photo on our Facebook page to our comment section of this post or send to asailer@cmhosp.com to post.

 

We will display the special community messages on social media, as well as, on our hospital display boards for our staff to enjoy. Anyone who is still interested in sending a special note to our staff and does not have a printer may hand write the message. We are very grateful for the outpouring support we have received from the community and team members. We are all in this together.
