CMH Now Offering Suboxone Treatment

Community Memorial Hospital now offers Suboxone Treatment Program

The Suboxone Treatment Program is operated at the Hicksville Family Health Center under the care of Dr. Ryan Bleck and provides an innovative approach to substance use disorder treatment for addiction patients.

Suboxone is a medication used to treat opioid addiction. The Health Center Based Opioid Treatment Program (Suboxone Program) provides support for patients with substance use disorders, specifically opioid addiction.  This program is provides an innovative approach to substance use treatment in helping individuals with addictions successfully transition to and maintain a healthier lifestyle.  The patient’s counselor or case manager works in collaboration with Dr. Bleck to provide support for the patient through their treatment and recovery. This program offers primary care providers the opportunity to enhance learning, share best practices, increase the availability of skilled consultation as well as access to meeting patients’ needs for services in substance abuse, mental health, primary care and other supportive services.
